Collectors Passionflowers
Passifora parritae Available now 1 gallon size $150 Nearly extinct in nature, P. parritae is the most beautiful of flowers and the
most refined of vines. One of the rarest flowers in the world because it is very difficult to grow from
cuttings and because The Last Plant On Earth (allegedly) was plowed under to make way for a road. Only one
plant is known in cultivation now and it does not set fruit from itself or pollen from it's clones. More info (new window)

Passiflora antioquiensis Available now 4" size $100. Without a doubt, one of the most stunning vines
in cultivation, P. antioquiensis is not quite as rare world-wide as P. parriate but is very
difficult to obtain in the U.S. Ironically, it is prevalent in the Andes where it is the favourite fruit for
juicing due to it's mammoth size fruits that have superior flavour. Will set fruit in the U.S.

Passifora membranacea Available now 1 gallon size $100 One of the most unusual of the passionflowers,
P. membranacea is visually stunning in both flower and out because its leaves are purple underneath and green on top
resulting in a very striking display. The flowers have purple outer sepals and greenish/yellowish white petals
which bring out both the foilage and the leaves. A very vigourous grower and visually
stunning. More info (new window)
